Thanks for the update. Psyllium is supposed to be bad for people with leaky gut and insoluble fiber better according to things I've read. I do eat a lot of meat. It does seem to be a matter of balance. I also do better when I workout or do some type of cardio at the gym versus sitting around all day. I also do not do well when having more fruit and fiber later in the day versus earlier (I normally workout earlier in day too). Also, I've been trying to make sure I drink more water since I had decreased with meals I think I was not drinking enough in between. I've also started paying attention to the amount of fiber per meal. Still trial and error for me. I try to take my fish and EPO oils throughout the day. Keep me posted and thanks for the help. I can't believe my everyday gas in the afternoon is over with.
