Does anyone know how much fiber someone should try to take in at once? Like I mentioned in my previous post, I use organic coconut flour for insoluble fiber. I have not counted the fiber amount in my other foods like fresh blueberries/papaya and quinoa etc. I know my shredded coconut has some too. I was told to get in 30g fiber per day. Now I am trying to cut way back to see if that causes the gas to stop or get much better.
