I agree that you may want to start with juice fasting or green smoothies before trying to water fast.   Many people on www.RawFoodTalk.com have had success in alleviating their food cravings by starting their mornings with a green smoothie.

The taste buds take up a very tiny amount of space -- why do you allow them to rule over your body?

Want something colorful and sweet?  Steam some carrots: add a tablespoon of organic coconut oil and a packet of stevia.  

Drink water.  Iced, hot with lemon, whatever.  Just stay hydrated.

Get signed up with a free account at www.FitDay.com and track your weight, food intake, emotions, etc.   It's a great resource tool. 

Based upon FitDay, the late night craving you had broke down this way:

  • 3x Cheeseburger: 939 calories / 42g fat
  • Large fries: 573 calories / 30g fat
  • Orange soda:  238 calories  
In one late night binge approximately 1,750 calories were consumed with 72g fat.  

Further, these are pretty much empty calories that are useless to your body.

Next time you feel the need to binge, think about past experiences and plug in to FitDay what you ate, see from the screen what you are about to do and decide if you still want the food.
