Hate to sound like a broken record, but you need to clear some emotional issues.

You might want to look for a certified practictioner in your area if you can afford it rather than trying to learn it, and doing it yourself.  This would jump start the process, and at the same time they teach you the proper way to proceed on your own.

I use it all the time, and it works. You have everything to gain by trying it. Your brain runs the show, all you have to do is clear it of any emotional blockages, and program it to do what's right for your situation.
