I follow a diet pretty much as you express it: 80/20. i live with someone who is (thankfully) 'undiagnosed', but exhibits many of the symptoms of MS... and they are progressing. Interestingly, he has always been better for eating almost nothing. Me too. And then we'll have good vegetarian meals(i was a natural foods chef) and sometimes enjoy simply almonds and apricots, bananas and lemon; very simple things--so i feel we are close to being able to 'relate' to this fast. Tonight he expressed to me he'd like to stop eating-- he is disheartened physically, but was inspired too, to think of a different life in which he doesn't struggle daily with just walking, etc.
