Re: Doubts
Hi Michael432000
MY intend was not to scare you or to suggest that you stop your fast. Far from it, I would not dare to do this, as I realize that I have limited knowledge. Because you mentioned having joint problems then I thought to share my experience, because in that domain I am quite experienced. Bursitis, tendinitis, inflammation, elbows, knees, ankles, if it has a name I got it. For instance, yesterday and today I was able to walk for a whole hour. You don't know what it is to not fear for knee inflammation. And I attribute this to my alkalizing efforts.
As for the baking soda, I still use it occasionally along with potassium bicarbonate for a quick fix when I have a gout attack. But it seems I am getting them less frequently. But gout is not something that is cured overnight. It requires changing bad habits. When using baking soda you may consider mixing it with unrefined, unfiltered apple cider vinegar or lemon/lime juice. Goto the earthclinic site for more info.
Finally it does not matter that you continue or not the fast. What matters is that you decided to do something about your condition. We are all entitled to do mistakes. I am plenty experienced with mistakes, and I am sure, I will do many more. Will I Ever Learn. As I said, wisdom is not granted, it is learned.
My sincere best wishes to your journey into healing through non-medication.
Cheers
