Re: Hi everone

Hi michael432000

I found your post by chance by browsing the mosaic just to see what interesting things my be going on.

I am a newbie to curezone myself. My main interest in curezone is the Ask Moreless: pH Balance, Alkaline/Acid Balance Forum. Over my life I read a few things, but now I firmly believe that a key concept in health (without medication) is the pH balance.

What I learned recently is that, similar to the fact that the body must maintain its temperature at the same level, the blood system requires a pH at a certain level (7.35 but I am not too sure. A quick google should help in finding). It is important that the blood be almost at the same pH level so that all the body's necessary chemical/hormonal reactions can take places. It is so important that if one has an acidic nutrition (modern industrialized food), the body will take from other organs and tissues and bones the necessary alkaline elements it may require to keep the blood ph at its constant levels.

I would suggest you to take a peek at the Ask Moreless forum. Mostly informative is the concept of funny proteins or NPN (do a search on curezone on NPN to get what Moreless has to say about it).

I too have problems with my joints, but it is far from being athletic. I am overweight and sedentary. I have gout. So in my search I found the concept of pH balance. And since I started to improve my pH balance through nutrition and alkalizing Moreless drinks I see improvements in my conditions. Both my body and mind are improved by the pH balance.

I hope that the little I know and try to share may help you in finding answers and solutions to your predicament.

If you find this interesting I suggest for your homework to search the moreless forum for "fasting" and see what he has to say about it. It is good to see different points of view. It is like with light. If you use red light you see differently things than if you use blue light. But you see a lot more with white light because it has the whole spectrum.

Cheers
