It was love, planned from the beginning. Judas betrayed him because it was part of the plan. It was love that crucified Him. God would not have allowed the authorities to have change their minds. Jesus made it clear that all was in the Father's hands, that nothing was accomplished without Him. Nobody was king without God's allowing it. It was God's plan, and it was love for us that made Him sacrifice His own son. It was love that drove the nails. And love that raised Him up.
