"...shattered soul...", "...terrified...".

SISTER to SISTER...

NOTHING can shatter your soul.

And yes, I've had plenty of verbal abuse hurled my way!!!

And I agree with you, verbal abuse can be even worse because you don't have any visible scars to show people, and you might even question your own sanity...because you may not understand why you might feel the way you do.

Neveretheless, my message still applies.

Just change the genders if necessary.

YOU are in control of your own actions.

No one MAKES you do anything.

And if you're finding my words to be abusive...

You need to spend a lot of time in front of a mirror and get to know your real abuser.

Afterall, you were the one who chose to stay with someone who verbally abused you to the point that you felt a need to strike back.

What kinda girl power is that?!!!
