I am so grateful to you all for your support. This has beenna strange time. I am now on day 12. I have lost 11.5kg not sure what that is in pounds exactly but about 24 I think. I feel a bit queasy today but am determined to keep this up. As a serious faster I am interested in your view on the recovery period. Surely just fruit after the fast is going to flood the body with sugars thus cause the weight to pile on immediately. I have had friends who have done the starvation type diet lighter life and their maintenance process suggests small amounts of protein at the beginning and working up to veggies then fruit. Do you have any views.

ps sorry to bug you but this is all very strange to me
