I'm sorry I can't locate the recipe I use for making nut butter dips from scratch, there are various available if you do a quick search for it. The quick and easy way to do it is to use bought nut butters. Anything from peanut butter to almond to tahini. Make sure you don't use an overly processed one, they are easy to get without sugars and with their natural oils in them still. You start with the nut butter then add as much water to it as you like to make a runny dip. Just add a little water at a time to the nut butter and let the dip mix with the water fully before putting more in and choosing the consistency you are after.
