Shroom, you sound like you may have a magnesium deficiency - very common apparently with parasites - you could try taking 400mg twice daily. A good herb for insomnia and an overall general tonic for the nerves is Ashwaganda. Mine is definitely Depression related - I just cant switch my brain off at night - thoughts are racing and I have to knock myself out with various things - whether this all improves as I start to treat the blasto remains to be seen.
