OK, can see now the grains have to go - I realise I eat about 4 portions of grains a day and I'm having bad withdrawal symptoms and cravings for them, I LIVED on rice, could eat plate after plate of it, so this is a hard one. I'm going to give up grains gradually and will stick to millet and maybe quinoa instead of the rice if I feel I have to have some - out of interest why are grains such a big no no for parasites? I tried to chew raw grain of brown rice - awful - definitely an acquired taste!!
