Re: Blasto and Diet? MY EXPERIENCE

Hi Rexy

1. DF isn’t supposed to be as difficult to get rid of as Blasto. (sorry to say). The symptoms appear to be similar probably because both cause leaky gut though, interestingly DF is not supposed to damage the stomach walls.
2. I found taking the drugs not as bad as I thought. Some people emailed me and said the same about taking the “trio” of drugs (Nit.Sec.Fur.). You MUST have a “clear out” to begin with, just before treatment. It makes a big difference to how you cope with the drugs and die-off. I did colonics both before, during and after treatment. But I am lucky to have found a really nice colonics lady and I was well used to the treatment (expensive though). I think it would be a lot cheaper and probably more effective to buy a good laxative preparation. (Jackie mentions one on the badbugs site). The main problem I had with taking the drugs was EXTREME FATIGUE. One day I had to fall asleep in the back of the car. The DF treatment was an arduous 3 weeks - luckily the treatment for Blasto. is much shorter!
3. The detox symptoms are all about not removing crap from the bowels. I was used to having diarrhoea (intermittent) so it was a real change of mind set for me to realise that if you have diarrhoea you dont NECESSARILY get rid of everything in your bowels . Having colonics confirmed this.
4. Depression. I am SO familiar with this one! And it has GONE! (better touch wood) Giving up dairy (which I did years ago) made a big difference. Later on it seemed as if the problem shifted to grains. Sleeping badly at night too – These things are SO parasite related. When you are treated the problems just go! Or they have since taking Wormless. Like you I always had terrible detox issues. Could barely drag myself around. What I liked about Wormless was that it has things in it to lessen the detox and these things seem to work. You can google Clarkia . It is the “bare bones” of parasite herbal treatment ie the Wormwood , Black-Walnut , cloves. These are the essential ingredients. I have never tried it. Not because I didn’t want to – just found other products.
5. Diet is a mind field!! There is no doubt about it - it makes a huge difference to symptoms if you stick to a low carb and no Sugar diet and no dairy but that cuts out just about everything. I found I could reduce symptoms to almost nil but the weight loss was scarey. I often wondered whether brain fog wasn’t just a result of starvation! Dont get too hung up on diet just concentrate on treatment. Luckily for you you have found the CAUSE of your symptoms and can treat them.
6. I came to Curezone about 4 years ago (!) cause I thought I had candida. It has been a long journey but in my opinion: parasites are the cause – Candida overgrowth the symptom

There is just one other thing I have been doing (apart from walking a lot, exercise so important) is HEAD STANDS. I do them against the wall, head on a cushion. I can only hold it for a very short time but I do it more and more. I read it was good for constipation and digestion. Hasn’t helped that much but it is great for brain fog and mood. Apart from Wormless this is the only thing I have done recently.
