Shroom, from what you say did BCH or other parasites NOT show up in stool samples for you? So, if they're in stool samples they're in the gut, is that right? Sorry, I'm not very knowledgeable about this. How else can you confirm you have a parasite apart from stool samples - are there other ways, and can blasto live anywhere in your body? How long have you been treating yours?

I also had blood analysis which showed up my red blood cells "stacked up" together -basically this means there is less oxygenation in my system and apparently candida and parasites thrive in this environment - I'm to start high doses of l-carnithine and CoQ 10 which may help. I also have low blood platelets and am not digesting proteins properly as they're showing up at a high level in blood - I'm starting stomach acids for this. They're doing further blood tests which will check for folic acid and b12 deficiencies - the low blood platelets means I dont heal quickly in my body and I'm not sure yet if this can be helped. Have you ever had blood analysis?

Yeah, am already CRAVIING grains - I lived on brown rice and my own bread recipes - and I'm moody as hell now - but I know its withdrawal symptoms, have been through all this with dairy and Sugar - I dont think giving in to your cravings ocasionally can do much harm in the long run if you're strict the rest of the time - have you tried sesame sticks - they're a really good substitute for crisps and made from gram flour!
