day 10 clay
Supplements or not
Date: 6/6/2007 12:02:17 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 3312 times I've been taking psyllium/bentonite at night and might do less enemas. Hopefully that'll feel right. I think they can be too abrasive if overdone.
I am also taking some other clay(terramin ). I presoak it and then mixed it with some apple juice, water, lemon and molasses. I know it's not Breuss, nor regular fasting. MOre like a mutt betw. Breuss, master cleanse, juice fasting and who knows what. Well I'm still having all the teas and the Breuss juice. But I was addicted to apple juice the last few days which bothers me since i'm sugar sensitive. I end up getting really tired after a big mug of juice. But fasting can be so boring and nothing yummy....I've stopped the phytoplankton. why do I get into such stuff in the first place? I really want a more simple life and not to be spending on taking expensive stuff. Anyway, often less is more. People heal fasting, because the body then uses it's energy on other tasks besides digesting food. And the body is very capable of taking care of itself if we don't voluntarily abuse it.
We don't need to control our body. It knows way more than we do. But if we overeat, it won't have a chance but to rid itself of the burden, not taking care of more important healing repairs.
And I think that is true with food. Eating little of foods we digest well is 100x better than any fancy supplement. And you can spend your money on fun things. I don't even go to natureopaths or such anymore because I am so put off by the stuff they sell. Oh well, some things might be good but the simpler and cheaper the better! But have you ever heard of someone dying at 105 because they used some fancy supplement, not me. But I've often heard that those who eat very little live very long.
Hope all my other fasters are doing well!
