yeah, very nice! Please let me know how the MC goes. I've never been able to do that. It seems my blood sugar goes all over the place when I try it. I know lots of people who love it, though.
I am still kind of scared of fully fasting. And I don't want to post that I'm starting and then chicken out over and over. So I keep fasting 'til lunch and then have my green smoothie. (I've been making it with apple juice and some goji berries yum)... A little like a stuck tape though... I will make it and you will see it black and white, here!(-;
