so i know what you mean about the master cleanse drinks...
on top of that i suspect that the maple syrup was aggravating my candida symptoms,
i was kind of hoping the lemon and cayenne would provide some sort of balance...
anyhow, i've switched to making broths and buying green juices with garlic when available, (awaiting the delivery of my own juicer) and i found this stuff at a health food store called "herbal melange" harvested from the moor of austria and apparently people have been using it to purify since cavemen times, it has trace amounts of over 380 herbs vitamins and minerals and is supposed to alkalize as well, good for the liver et c...
it looks like mud but tastes like nothing and is giving me hope for results...
also drinking dandelion root and pao d'arco tea and grape fruit seed extract...

i'm closing day 3 now and have been pretty low energy(in spite of feeling really good) so i'm thinking i might try following a "lemonade" with grapefruit seed extract and see if that helps at all?
once the juicer arrives this all should get easier...
discipline is surely the key..
