Hi Nesika
I might do the 42 in the end. just don't want to scare myself away.
The last 3 days where more of a juice fast. Today I am starting all the teas and cutting most of the juice, to narrow it down close to the Breuss protocol.
I bought my teas at mountainroseherbs.com and blessedherbs.com
According to Breuss one shouldn't have any supplements. I am having a hard time letting go of my phytoplankton. But another klinik in Germany that facilitates the cure said not to use supp..Hmmm I just felt that it's been doing me good.
Do you have any knowledge of this, that I don't?
