I'm not fasting yet. This is a bowel cleanse. But once fasting, I will only use a liquid supplement.
Who knows when I'll fast since I also ordered the humaworm parasite cleanse. So I guess I'll keep doing these alternate things instead of my original plan. We'll see. This bowel cleanse is definitely working for me though. Even if I eat something small inbetween - it still seems to be doing what it's meant to.
