Its a new year and I already have a 10 day Master Cleanse behind me.

favorite Master Cleanse testimonial.
His name is Noah ~~ and this is/was his story ~~

Pass Them On 18 y
lessons in life
Here are some lessons in life which passed my way.
Pass them on
if you feel inspired to.
1. Take into account that great love and great achievements
involve great risk.
2. When you lose, don’t lose the lesson.
3. Follow the three R’s:
.Respect for self,
.Respect for others and
.Responsibility for all your actions.
4. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a
wonderful stroke of luck.
5. Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly.
6. Don’t let a little dispute injure a great relationship.
7. When you realize you’ve made a mistake, tak ... read more

where will you be~~~?
Dear Friends,
I am well and finding balance from the meditations of the Harvest
Moon, company and shifting through a period of processing emotional
detoxification the Master Cleanse helped facilitate.
Today, October 17, 2006, I am turning my focus to another phenomena
that has caught my attention.
I have received a message from no less than 4 people and perhaps,
because it is the group I associate with, everyone I spoke with has
heard about it.
If you can consider today, somewhat of an experiment, a millioneth
monkey project, you are invited to join me and countless ... read more
The Process 18 y
& Benefits of Fasting
Today was the first real cool autumn day where I live.
I dug out my jeans from my winter bin of clothes and with
slight reluctance tugged them on, remembering last year
that they were tighter than I would prefer.
An EASY FIT ~ with room to spare!! Yay! ~ so progress in my
work to make changes which will bring with them, better health,
and the comfort of clothes which are not too tight!
There are many reasons we choose to do the Master Cleanse.
Almost as many reasons as there are benefits!
This is an excerpt from an article which addresses a range of different

Today is Mine 18 y
to do with what I will
I appreciate music because it evokes feelings in me I cannot
evoke on my own. I appreciate that processing is healing so
keeping this processing coming is something I am interested in.
I listen to music a lot.
While yet another twist of fate found me standing over my
harddrive, watching it belly up and float away, I turned yet
again to nature, and music to comfort my soul and to allow
myself to release that frustration and come back into balance.
One song I found, on a CD I received as a gift recently, was a
song called ”Today is Mine”. The version I have is sung acapell ... read more

forgiving and praying for peace
Mahatma Gandhi, the leader of India’s independence movement in the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s, once said that ”fasting is the sincerest form of prayer.”
In his footsteps many have begun fasting, even if just one day a week, for peace.
Among the more well-known people who are participating are: Cindy Sheehan, Susan Sarandon, Daniel Ellsberg, Sean Penn, Medea Benjamin, Dick Gregory, Willie Nelson, Bonnie Raitt, Alice Walker, Danny Glover, Ed Asner, Dolores Huerta, Lynn Woolsey, Cynthia McKinney, Rev. Bob Edgar, Rev. Al Sharpton, Howard Zinn, Kim Gandy and Patch Adams.

Invitation to Pray 18 y
May Peace Prevail on Earth
Yesterday was a day of mourning for me. As my feet hit the floor yesterday, and my prayers of gratitude were said, news from Lebanon came that airstrikes by Israel, in Qana, had slaughtered scores of innocents.
Looking at the children being pulled out of the rubble of Qana was heartbreaking. The warplanes struck while the children were sleeping. This was a special shelter for children, funded by Lebanese who wanted to stay close to their Mosque. Many died in their mother’s arms.
I do not pretend to understand war and don’t. As a woman who conceived and nurtured life in my body, ... read more
All Healing is Self-Healing 18 y
& confession is good for the soul!
Bless me Father, for I have sinned. Its been 3 weeks since
I broke my fast and longer than that since I posted my last
blog entry. For the life of me, it wasn’t that I did not want
to do it, but its taken this long to integrate the shifts a
30 day cleanse facilitates. I have run through my mind a
thousand times the things I would like to share with others
but then, to step off my current hamster wheel pace would have
felt like another wreck and so my mental notes stacked like
3X5 cards and now to make a collage of it all seems
disconnected and amusing.

Computer 18 y
broke down on the side of the cyber-highway
My computer’s hard drive went missing, so I am at my nearly
famous neighbors using their computer to send a few messages
to friends who will worry if they do not hear from me.
Hopefully, my computer guy can work a miracle since
he is 3 hours away....but I have a call into him already.
Wish me luck!!
I will blog how it goes when I am back up and running
~~ will stick with my fast though for sure....ggg

Day 23 18 y
the sap is rising
Day 23, it felt like my sap began to rise. I did not do the
Salt Water Flush, opting for the lax tea again. It was sort
of comforting to sip something warm and sweet instead of the
room temperature briny saltwater.
There was a flurry of activity early in the morning since it
seems we are back to the hot days of summer. Certainly, if I
were not fasting, it would be a great day to set up a WATER
WAR and invite the neighbors over so we could soak each other.
If I were younger, that old family favorite, the slip-n-slide
would be appropriate for today! A roll of plast ... read more
Liver Flushing 18 y
live to tell the story
It is recommended that we flush our liver before and after
doing the Master Cleanse. It’s just good body maintenance to
clean our body’s filters. We take care of our vehicles and
replace their filters regularly. We need to focus on ourselves
when we begin a phase of healing. Many of us already have
congested gallbladders and livers. Fasting can exacerbate the
formation of stones. We do not want *more* stones if we
already have some! Flushing the liver can be an important
step for insuring success with your cleansing experience.
Here are a couple of liver flush re ... read more
Cayenne 18 y
the Power of the Pepper
We use ground cayenne pepper in the Master Cleanse. We combine
it with fresh lemon juice, water, and maple syrup to make a drink
which loosens the old fecal matter and other intestinal debris and
flushes it out of our system. I consider cayenne the active ingredient
of the lemonade and like to refer to the lemonade as my ”cayenne
delivery system”. The recipe calls for 1/10th teaspoon per drink
and yet most of us end up using more as our body adjusts to the
pepper.
Recently one of our fasters, Detour, did an experiment and
really increased the amount of cayenne per drink. I ... read more
Day 22 18 y
swimming against the tide
Day 22 was a day I felt like I was swimming against the tide.
I did all of my chores and Master Cleanse extra-curriculars,
but I felt like I was dragging around a 25 pound weight
attached to my bum...ggg...
I felt like my life was going in slow motion, and try as I
might, I was not making much progress...nothing seemed to help.
I decided to go outside to sunbathe since that does not take
too much energy and it is very healing.
That lasted just under 5 minutes since a storm moved in and
put out my light so-to-speak. I decide to go to the highw ... read more
Emotional Eating 18 y
keeping cravings at bay
One of the major challenges of the Master Cleanse is to develop
a new relationship with food and to become aware of how we use
food in our daily lives. We need food to live so it is something
which is readily available and only limited by our resources and
willingness to obtain it.
Most of us at one time or another have turned to food in an effort to
assuage feelings or emotions which consume our lives. The Master
Cleanse offers an opportunity to examine this relationship and to heal
it. It calls for honesty and in many cases, erasing of the self-talk
tapes we play in our ... read more
Day 21 18 y
cloudwatching!
My neighbor came calling this morning. He was grading the road
after all the rain to give the ruts a workout. We went to admire
the garden and he is going to take the ripe tomatoes home since
I am still not going to need any for another week or so.
He is going to be cooking for a benefit for a friend in July so I
agreed to go since it is a good cause and they are hoping to raise
$100,000 dollars. He went to Fredricksburg, Texas, over the weekend
to pick up a load of mesquite for the fire. Thats a lot of cooking!
He is also going to cook for my benefit, ... read more
Day 20 18 y
a fleeting day
I’m getting a late start today on yesterdays report but
hey, its all good.
Yesterday went real well. I would have to say that I would not
recommend the essential oil patch during fasting. I think it was
too strong and it gave me a bit of a headache. So much for clarity
...ggg. I peeled it off early evening.
My client came and my massage session felt better than ever. I
can really feel the difference in my energy work. Much clearer,
and vibrant if that makes any sense to anyone but me...ggg
