Hi Nestman,
No, it would not be appropriate to use
the salt water flush on a daily basis when
not fasting. It washes out the good gut
flora and that is something, post-cleanse,
you want to rebuild.
You might consider something like Dr.
Christopher's Lower Bowel Balance. It
is a good way to tone and strengthen your
bowels. And safe, imo, for extended use.
