Hi Robert,
Certainly dehydration could easily be an issue.
It is hard to know since you are modifying the
cleanse with a colon cleanse. That would make
me suspect that you are dehydrated.
The only other usual problem is the correct
recipe. 2 teaspoons of uniodized sea salt in
a quart of water. It is important, to measure
correctly. I like to make the solution up the
night before so the salt is completely dissolved
and it does taste like a soup broth to me.
I would not use the SWF again today since it is
only to be done on an empty stomach. You may even
consider skipping the SWF for a day and drink up
plenty of water to help flush the salt out.
Is there any particular reason you do not want
to use the lax tea?? The thing is, I have not
modified using two cleanses in one so I do not
have any experience to point to, from myself,
or the archives. If you follow the protocol
most of us are using, it is much more predictable.
I wish you success on your cleansing adventure~!
blessings,
Zoe
