I am reading through your entire Journey (was this last year?) and have a question about the SWF. You said you did yours on your first day, and I assume you had chinese food the night before based on the fortune cookie (that was cute). My question is this: If someone is eating, how many hours do you think should pass before the SWF would be effective, ie., the stomach should be empty. I am also curious about your zapper and your overall knowledge of cleansing. I have been cleansing on and off for over 10 years, but much more in the last 2 years. I sort of feel like I need to cleanse several times a year and have tried products by Renew Life, Nature's Secret and Nature's Way. I also think that Triphala is a good regular maintenance to use w/ a cleansing diet, like The Body Ecology Diet, The Maker's Diet or green meals, such as The Ultimate Meal.
