While this may work, my understanding is that
it also washes out the good gut flora. If your
digestion is good, you would have no need to
"flush" your system. Sure, you can take salt
and use it medicinally, and I also do this,
as per the Water Cure, using 1/4th teaspoon of
sea salt per liter of water, however, when I
am not fasting, I never need to use the water
flush. I have bowel movements after my first
glass of water which I have upon rising each
morning.
