a fleeting day

I'm getting a late start today on yesterdays report but
hey, its all good.
Yesterday went real well. I would have to say that I would not
recommend the essential oil patch during fasting. I think it was
too strong and it gave me a bit of a headache. So much for clarity
...ggg. I peeled it off early evening.
My client came and my massage session felt better than ever. I
can really feel the difference in my energy work. Much clearer,
and vibrant if that makes any sense to anyone but me...ggg
I am a reiki practitioner, trained in the Usui & Tibetan tradition.
It is not often that I get to use my training since I closed my
office in Missouri, so it is very nice to feel connected again
to the healing energy thanks to the cleanse....
After a great session, the rest of my day sped along at a good
pace, I did my laundry list of Master Cleanse routines I have
established. I even found the time after using the chi machine
to give myself a little reflexology foot massage.
From there, my blissed feet took me outside. I indulged in a
sunbath and laid there until I felt I could smell my oiled feet
cooking! (not really...ggg) I did get hot though so was happy to
go back in and enjoy another dose of my "cayenne delivery system".
I have been using a full 1/4 tsp of cayenne per 12 ounce glass so
it can get pretty warm. I feel it has made a difference and will
continue it until the end of my cleanse.
The rest of my day was amazingly uneventful...I kept the parade
of lemonades coming. I kept up with my water. I checked the emerging
toxic boil on top of my head which feels like a volcanic bulge, and
your guess is as good as mine as to when it will blow but I am
seriously hoping my efforts to swill more water will dissipate the
toxins and carry them away from the top of my noggin to somewhere
less noticeable like my bum or something! The last big cleanse I
did in the fall, I had a huge boil thing appear on my tummy! That
was inconvenient and it took a couple of weeks for it to finally
*blow* and my skin heal.
Got my doggies herded up for the night and my birdies bedded
just in time to flip on the television to catch a show on
"black holes" on the Science Channel. I needed something to
fill my backgroud while I worked on my blog entry about tongue
I was really waiting for Anderson Cooper though and his planet-wide
coverage of his interview with Angelina Jolie.
Anderson's interview with Angelina went fine and it was very
interesting to hear about her efforts to bring attention to
some of the most needy parts of the planet. It was also
heartening to hear her speak about her fears in delivering her
first natural birth. Only birthing one child myself, I could
identify with the first time birthing jitters. Brad Pitt grew
up and went to school just down the road from where I lived
in Missouri so he will always be of casual interest to me.
Finally, one of my favorite parts of the Master Cleanse...
time for lax tea and a hot tub of water to soak off the sweat
and detox of the day. I skipped the epsom salts and put
wheatgrass juice instead in my bath. Body-brushed and Ahhhh....
the power of the green!!
Another short session in my bounce chair and I was more than
ready to sip down my hot lax Chocolate Smooth Move and head
for the Barn...
to sleep, perchance to dream....
I hope all my fellow fasters had a great day~~~!
be happy, be well,
