But I have done it many times as have some others and at least for me it was infinitely easier. The reasoning behind epsom salts from Hulda Clark is that the magnesium sulfate stimulates bile flow. Flushes were great from 1950-2000. We have more tools now. They only work mechanically. For some people this is enough to restore the system, but for other people not. Sleep issues tend to be due to high histamine which is a stimulant, a high glutamate/GABA ratio and high cortisol which sensitizes the nervous system. That might sound counter to your experience with licorice but it is the general rule IMO. I am gonna have to look into a hair test eventually i am glad i have gotten better i do think alot of it depletion from sugar ...and some yeast present.. its funny that most people say magnesium for adrenal but magnesium makes me worse the muscle spasms appear calcium stops this i never eat dairy ever i can tell ya now based on diet i don’t need a teat to tell ya im low on vitamin a and e zinc and calcium and most likely alot more lol western diet has no nutrients for the fast meal low budget   [End]

Robert it is good to hear about your gains in the fight against CFS. I know an older man whose blood sugar--HA1C--marker was gradually worsening over the years to borderline diabetic. A couple months after starting on 100mcg or so of Cr daily with his largest meal of the day the HA1C dropped to center of the normal range! A couple years later another HA1C was still in the normal range although closer to the prediabetic range. I think Cr helps to move insulin into cells. You should not expect corrupt insurance doctors to mention such things.   [End]

Here are my symptoms . Can anyone help? Anyone know what this could be? I’ve been suffering for almost two years now. Not exactly burps that I get. It’s just the aftertaste of the drink (water sunflower lecithin, vitamin C mixture) that is very uncomfortable and feels like vomiting. I wrongly used the word ’burp’, probably because English is my second language. I just wanted to describe the unpleasant feeling after drinking and inappropriately used the word ’burp’. Yes, I do realize that all of the vitamin C is not going to be encapsulated. One glass is the limit from Vitamin C side as well because any more will definitely cause loose BM.   [End]

The burps could be a reaction to acid. Urease bacteria in the stomach can be a cause of that. Not all the Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) will be encapsulated and it will most likely have a fairly low pH which they might be reacting to. Do you get burps (carbon dioxide) when you consume other acids? Have you ever noticed that? It might be worth you testing for that with some other acids such as lemon or vinegar. Mix some saliva with it before swallowing and see if you burp. There are many urease positive bacteria besides h. pylori. Can’t you mix it with something to help hide the taste? ...

NOW Foods’ Sunflower lecithin is what I use to make liposomal encapsulated vitamin C, a glass (200 ml) mixture in water contains about 9 grams of it and 19 grams of vitamin C. I put the mixture in the fridge and drink a glass a day. I drink it through a straw to send it down the throat. That is the most I can take in given its disgusting taste and the burps I get after drinking it.   [End]

I have used sunflower lecithin from two different sources, the most recent from Germany. The current German batch has a slightly less pleasant taste but it is not unpalatable IMO. Have you tried the Now Foods sunflower lecithin powder? I have not tried it but it might be worth a try for taste comparison purposes. BTW I use about 10g of the powdered German sourced lecithin/day mixed in water.
