NOW Foods' Sunflower lecithin is what I use to make liposomal encapsulated vitamin C, a glass (200 ml) mixture in water contains about 9 grams of it and 19 grams of vitamin C. I put the mixture in the fridge and drink a glass a day. I drink it through a straw to send it down the throat. That is the most I can take in given its disgusting taste and the burps I get after drinking it.
