This is really unexpected. In my adult life, I have been in 6 car accidents, (never our fault).
I know, sounds crazy. But winters here, mean the roads are shear ice. People slide into you. I’ve been through all the therapies until I could live normally.
However, after accidents, you are never really the same. I constantly have to work on my posture, because my muscles all pull me forward, into a hunch position.
As you know, I do gymnastics. Bending backwards works on these muscles perfectly.
