1st 24hrs- Lost 10 lbs
Yesterday, was my first 24 hours. I felt pretty good. I didn't have a growl-ey stomach until 3pm.
My brain wasn't thinking about food, and I didn't need hardly any willpower until I made chicken fried rice for my hubby...it smelled really good :)
The crazy news is: I was in the washroom (lighting matches haha) all morning, and until 3pm! I would never have thought so much could come out of me!
I'm not a constipated person. I 'go' 3x a day. And I usually sleep with an empty colon.
So where did it all come from? Who knows. I just know that my aerobic critters are doing their job :)
This morning, I weighted myself, and I lost 10 lbs!
No wonder I was in the washroom like a full time job :)
I'm sure it was mostly bloating and my pooper that accounts for it....
And I was really cold in my extremities. But the cool thing is my brain was really sharp.
I've been studying chinese for a long time. I was reading some characters, and I had all these memories of people telling me stories about some of the complicated ones.
And I looked terrible. I looked tired and flushed.
But besides that, it was pretty easy. I did all 7 steps.
The only thing I can add to the steps is:
Keep drinking warm distilled until your pooper is done. Don't dry fast if you are still going. You want that junk out of there!
