3. One maximum dose hydrogen peroxide after my colon empties.

If you haven't done h2o2 yet, make sure you do your research. You can't just jump into a maximum dose. You have to work your way up through the therapy, to see how your stomach feels, and how your body reacts.

I did my first therapy after 1 full year of detox. I literally felt fantastic through the whole 40 or so days.

I could feel a massive oxygen buzz the whole time, and loved it.

Many people feel terrible on it. That's because the o2 is reacting with a high level of toxins in their body. We need to get the bulk of those toxins out first.

H2o2 is one of the most important therapies you can learn about. During my chronic fatigue, I had 5 chronic infections. But I haven't been on Antibiotics for 7 years! I've only used h2o2.

After I wake up, I have at least a liter of warm distilled (with jasmine tea) to hydrate from the night before.

This gets my colon cleaned out. I want the h2o2 to clean out cellular water, not debri in my colon.

Layer it on your face during a bath. After 20 minutes or more, all your dead skin will come off.
