I find dry fasting to be many times deeper detox than water fasting.

The reason is: as the body becomes slightly dehydrated, it opens fat cells for water (more toxins are released).

It also begins to recycle the sickest cells first.

After a dry fast, you are literally a collection of younger cells, because your older, yuckier cells were broken down...This is anti-aging :)

Dry fasting after 4pm seems to be very manageable for me.

I have lots of experience dry fasting noon to noon. But this will be for a longer period of time, so modified a bit.

I've always felt that fasting/dry fasting should be a nice experience...not a difficult one.

If 'herxheimer' sets in, I am going too fast.
