So I have been doing the Boron protocol for 6 days. I have started very low. I put one teaspoon in two liter water. I consume about 2 tablespoon of that water in 8 oz glass of water, but it has made a huge difference in my joints. I am also drinking this water before bed and when I wake up. I am not following the protocol, in which they say to drink it with food.
I am also studying the ozone therapy, and I feel you will definitely benefit from it. You may have seen these videos, I will start with the first one I saw, it is just amazing.
