If you interrupt that process it would cause problems on many levels. Hi, Maya Maybe all roots lead to the same tree.... I checked out a UK site about Master Yu and did some perusing. Interesting. the site says a book/cd is being released at some point. Interestingly, a few weeks ago while searching I came across a yoga article that talked of practice of affirmation and visualization as spiritual practice. Interesting. Also, this form of buddhism Master Yu is associated with is actually originally from Indian yoga lineages. I think the native american lineage has similar practices to some degree...there may be a link there. The compass points ...

I read the book as well, a long time ago, during an emotionally heavy period of my life and it gave some support at the time. But as you said, once life picks up again, it is not easy to maintain a beautiful theory from a book. I recently returned from learning what is usually referred to as a buddhist meditation technique. It is the technique used by the buddha to become enlightened. It is actually obviously universal and one need not belong to any religion to practice it.
