Yes they are pretty much the same tho. Keeping was written for singles and Getting is for couples. Reminds me of the meditation teacher who was surprized at the response he recieved when he said, celibacy was best for serious meditation. He had been a celebate his whole life. The comment from Jim Brown was, "so I guess its better to be married then". The teacher stood silent, a bit confused, not being in on the joke, while we all roared w laughter.
