I agree...It is good advice. However, I fear it will be hard for just anyone to implement in this day and age. One needs a certain willpower and the odds are certainly stacked against us with the quality of food degenerating.
Still, the truth remains the same...a reduction-type diet is the PRINCIPLE that leads to better health (physically as well as spiritually). It has worked since the beginning of time and can be duplicated - as the great Masters have demonstrated.
