Bubba Here is how the lemon water goes. One oz of lemon juice (fresh) and add 39 oz of water. Drink 4 oz of this on the hour and 4 to 5 oz of water on the half hour. Do this for three weeks then Two oz of lemon juice and add 38 oz of water for three weeks then Three oz of lemon juice to 37 oz water for three weeks then Four oz of lemon juice to 36 oz of water from here on as well as the water on the half hour. Bubba Water is needed to wash out toxins. If your body is not excreting them, you can drink all the water you can and it does not help.
