Re: Stinking up the universe!
Hi Hopeless,
You should NEVER hate all human beings. You shouldn't let anyone else change the good person you are, EVER. I point you to the book of Job in the Bible. Read the entire book of Job carefully. It talks about why bad things may happen to good people and what God says about it. You just need to approach this bad breath problem as if it's an objective problem. Equal to say, having some sort of disease, or having to get a report done by a certain time, or raise your grades up from a low level. You just need to approach it objectively and learn how to change it rather than dealing with all the emotions surrounding it. Emotions are critically important, and it's important that you express those feelings to someone, anyone, but you should not be slaves to them.
I have a second question though out of curiosity. How is it that people get so close to your mouth that they even say anything? Do you work very very close to people and exhale a lot while talking? I'm just curious and hope asking that doesn't make you upset.
Lastly look at my recent posts, where I discuss the mineral content of diets and why they greatly impact your saliva and breath. Look at both the acidic saliva thread and the fiber thread (the most recent threads). Proper digestion and alkaline fluids are a "pre-requisite" to getting rid of this problem. If your digestion was good, if your saliva was it's proper alkaline level, and if you regularly rinse with listerine and brush your teeth to eliminate bacteria you would have no more bad breath period. There's nothing else that can impact the smell other than one of those 3 things. And I discuss how to get each one functioning properly in those threads.
Best wishes.
