Hi Jim,

I bought some lemons today, but I darnk half of a squeezed lemon in about 12 oz of filtered water. In the morning I'll mix a batch according to your directions, and I'll follow the schedule too. At the moment I'm up to 10,000 mg of Vit. C without getting the runs. I'm increasing the Vit. C by 1000 mg a day. Is the Vit.C a problem with the liver flush?
