i am on that road for years. shark acrtilage of Bell works great, micro-minerals, magnesium, zinc, bromelain, boswellia, cayenne pepper, turmeric, ginger, ground flax seed, regular stretching/yoga is best/, spine alinement, alkalizing, raw foods.
