I need help healing from menstrual issues, knee injury, and prescription aftermath

Hi, I hope someone on here can help me. I'm a 30 year old female. I have several issues. About 10 years ago I had endometriosis on my ovaries which I think was from taking supplements with phytoestrogens which I didn't know was dangerous at the time. I had surgery and then they put me on birth control pills which I stayed on for almost 10 years. I decided to discontinue the bcps and see if my body could take care of itself but my menstrual cycle is not regular. The endometriosis has not returned and I do not think it will but I do not have cycles for months at a time. It seems like since discontinuing bcps the space between cycles gets longer and longer. It's been at least 4 months since the last one. My other health issues are that I also had a knee injury with subsequent surgery for that which the surgery aftermath causes me a lot of pain and problems. I also have taken and gotten off of the prescriptions Paxil and Accutane. I don't feel healthy since any of this. My mind feels cloudy since the Paxil. I had a blood test for the menstrual issues and general, the doctor said it was normal except that I am deficient in Vitamin D which I just learned that Vitamin D deficiency is a side effect of accutane. I have very flakey skin on my face which is hard to keep under control.

Basically, I'm tired of doctors they have generally done more harm than good with me. Please can someone give me some advice on how I can get my body to regulate itself and heal itself. I am interested in regulating my cycles and eliminating the damage or any future damaging effects from the accutane and paxil as well as healing the tissue and ligament/tenton injuries from my knee surgery. Thank you!
