Re: Knee problem - help!
Well, my story is different from yours, but something may help you. I had no knee problems at all until I turned 50 and they fell apart for no apparent reason. My left knee just popped out walking up the stairs. They both swelled up and hurt. Now looking back it could have been related to Candida and MS.
Anyway, I had arthroscopic knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus and there was cartilage chips in there, arthritis and a bakers cyst (where the fluid bulges through the back of the knee). It wasn't that bad a surgery and I know people who went to work a few days after it, but it took me 3 months.
I know people who had both knees replaced and they love their new knees. No problems. That scares the crap out of me, but the knee doc told me I'd need one if I kept walking. haha How can I stop walking? He said with joints the more you use them the quicker you lose them. It's good to swim and bike like you do, but that's about it.
You are too young to have so many knee problems. I'd google, or search my symptoms. You may find the answer to why your knees are acting up.
Good luck.
