I’ve tried the following guggulus: yogaraj guggulu, kaishore guggulu, triphala guggulu and saptvinsati guggulu. Also, chandraprabha vati which is basically also a kind of guggulu. What works for me is have lights bright in the day, lights low at night, so my pineal is in tune with what my plans are for my life. Then I recommend Melatonin. They are sold in 3 mg capsules. HIya.. Ive had systematic candida and leaky gut for over a year last 7 months being treated by homeopath strict diet antifungal etc..she checked my levels about two months ago and said I only have intolerance to wheat, msg and sweetners oh and coffee and tea!!!!!!!
