To stop a tip extending in too far into the rectum I've used a thick elastic band, soaked a little in collodial silver, vodka, or diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide solution, to ensure it's germ free, wrapped round the tube at an appropriate distance from the tip. With flexible enough tubes, I understand over insertion may not be a concern. Tweet
