I'll try again. The 6' hose goes through the whole in the board,
by about 3" (already bent that way). On this you put the 3" tube, I just can get this on a little bit. Then you put the tip in this and it can't go further than the length of the 3" tube, because it will hit the 6' tube,which is inside.
So the answer to your question is, yes.
You can feel when the tip is really in. Otherwise when it is in open the clamp. The water should go in you. If it drips in the toilet you try again and push it a little further.

I understand the warning,but that is more to protect the company, in case you do something wrong. With enough lubrication it should not be a problem. The only thing is, when they scare you, you get uptight and it becomes more difficult.
The board you put onthe toilet and then it should work.
