I have heard all too many times that vinegar is bad for you and you shouldn't drink it. There is of course speculation on drinking the Apple Cider Vinegar as it comes from a food source (Apple Must) instead of Ethanol. Everything you can find on the internet about consuming Vinegar for health will either be a sales pitch or opinions from people who don't know any better than you do. I would stay away from it until you can find legit research/studies proving one way or another. You can get great health and cleansing benefits from drinking fresh squeezed lemon juice (to prevent reflux you should chase it with a full glass of water).
