Man...I do a smoothie everyday made with kale, Strawberries,blueberries,rasberries,chiaseeds,almonds,camu, (vit C)cheery juice, 1/4 banana,and a dollop of greek yogurt! Work out and try to watch what I eat. And still have these impressions on my toung. My acupunturist tells me my Spleen Chai is not good. Wet gut! what else can I do?
