Teeth impressions on Tongue

I just read the article on how to read a tongue and I notice that the sides of my tongue have my teeth impression. It stated that I have poor absorption and undigested food in my small intestine. Do you know what I should do for this? I recently did a Master-Cleanse for 10 days. I still take the smooth move at night and sometimes during the day because I haven't been going everyday...do you think this is causing the poor absorption? Please advise...
