Sounds a lot like TMAU or a similar condition with sensitivity to different chemicals in your food. Go on a low choline diet. No red meat, no beans, no legumes, no fish, no egg yolk (egg white is fine). If you can then no fried foods, because oily food is rough on your stomach. You will see results within a month. I deal with a similar issue but my smell is pretty strong and has probably gotten stronger over the past 3 years after it started in my junior year of highschool. If you live in USA there is only one hospital that does it now and it’s the Colorado Childrens Hospital. Contact them and tell them you want to get tested. It is a bit of a process as you do need a doctors referral/request, it is not covered by insurance too. You can also google tmau testing in the USA and it should give you information on that hospital. I recently got the paperwork needed to process testing but it seems hard. I’m just tired of this odor people are so rude they think we can help it and they laugh like it’s funny but they just don’t know what we go through. I thought I was the only one going through this. You cannot cure TMAU 2 at home because you’ll need to put the fecal sample on the small intestine itself. You can only do the colon at home which is basically useless. To put donor sample on Small Intestine, you’ll need to put tube from mouth all the way to top part of the small intestine. This needs to be done by a doctor to be safe. Hello, I know exactly what you are going through. I’ve is still living with it today, but it has gotten a little better. I still don’t have a handle on the problem. Something I’ve tried and had some success is soaking in a tub of black tea for about 30mins. This will dry up your pores. It definitely killed my feet odor.
