If you eat garlic and weaken them and then have a couple cookies you will strengthen them right back up. I would never say drny yourself anything but if you are working hard to eliminate than sometimes the cookies as a snack for example may not be worth it if its going to undo the progress you have made. Hello! I’m about 99.9% sure I have candida overgrowth problems. Since the age of 16 I’ve been battling with reoccurring vaginal yeast infections – prior to that I would experience them from time to time, however they didn’t start to get really bad until after puberty. No need to worry. Check your tongue, if it is pink that is one sign of body is almost clean. Best way to know when to break fast is when you feel real hunger in your throat. I have many interests so I keep busy while fasting. I do arts crafts, write, read books, frame photos, sketch, create a recipe book for raw dishes, etc. Write down what thrills you and keep yourself occupied with one or two.
